A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing: Is accused of making it easier for aliens to kill fish, since he wrangles them all into one spot.Gumbo is a black angler fish with a purple tail and purple fins that attracts fish to the corner opposite of an alien's location. Perpetual-Motion Monster: His main selling point is that he can provide money without the need to eat.Crutch Character: He is good for starting in earlier levels where fish are still young and are either incapable of laying coins or can only provide coins worth $15 at a time, but he soon gets outclassed later on when you have multiple fish dropping coins or diamonds at a time.The codex states that he obviously isn't evil because he would drop rat poison if he was. Creepy Good / Dark Is Not Evil: His codex entry states that people avoid using him because they fear that, him being a product of occult forces, will turn on them.He is a skeleton fish that drops gold coins just like a large guppy, but does not need to be fed. The Dutiful Son: His main reason for working around the tank is because he needs money for his mother's hospital bill.However, he can move freely around the tank, but is slower than Stinky. Crutch Character: He's pretty helpful early on for growing fish, but falls out of use when level 3 food is available.Ĭlyde is similar to Stinky in the fact that he collects coins.Zorf is a seahorse that produces level 2 food for hungry fish. Out Giving Birth, Back in Two Minutes: When she's about to give birth, she doesn't show much shock beyond a somewhat surprised expression.Explosive Breeder: She gives birth to a guppy in less than a minute.Baby Factory: This is pretty much the entire point of the pet.Prego is a somewhat human-like guppy that gives birth to guppies every now and then. We Used to Be Friends: He used to be besties with Gash, until he left the latter for dead.Roaring Rampage of Revenge: An alien ate his friends, and he's trying to return the favor.Beware the Nice Ones: He left gash for dead one time.Considering what they did to him, can you honestly blame him? Berserk Button: He gets an angry face when an alien is in the tank.He is an oyster who occasionally produces pearls worth 250 dollars.Itchy is a swordfish that attacks aliens. Played straight if you're a carnivore, though. Red Eyes, Take Warning: Averted, as they are on your side.They are the largest fish, at twice the size of a Carnivore. Real Men Eat Meat: An even bigger example than Carnivores.They also have a unique sound effect when being dropped into water. They eat carnivores, and produce chests worth 2000 dollars. Ultravores are incredibly large, grey fish that cost 10,000 dollars. Suspiciously Similar Substitute: They give birth, they have a large belly, and they have a guppy color scheme. Still possible for it to be otherwise, though. One-Gender Race: Considering they give birth, they are almost certainly Always Female. Especially noticable when you have a lot of breeders.
